What geographic area do you service?

We service a 50-mile radius around Fountain, Colorado. This includes all Front Range cities between Castle Rock and Pueblo South, such as Colorado Springs, Fountain, Security, Widefield, Peyton, Monument and Larkspur.


What are your hours?

Our normal business hours are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., Monday to Saturday. To support any customer schedule, we answer phone calls 24/7 and can schedule appointments for any time, day or night.


Can I just give you my laptop/computer/phone to fix?

Of course! Our technicians can provide in-home service or free pick-ups and drop-offs from your home. We value your time, so there is no additional charge for this service.


Can you fix problems remotely?

Yes, we offer remote support on an hourly basis and also as part of a monthly or quarterly service plan.


Do you price match competitors?

We will honor any bona fide local advertisement or quote provided for similar service.


Do you have customer service?

Yes! Our technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If our technicians are busy, we will return your call as soon as possible.


What’s your warranty policy?

We offer free 14-day warranties for software labor and 30-day warranties for parts and hardware labor. Warranties extend only to the same service performed on the same device.
